Terms of service
General:
These General Terms and Conditions apply to all agreements concluded by Ride 'n Style. These conditions prevail over any written or printed terms and conditions of the buyer. By placing an order, the buyer declares to agree with the present terms and conditions. Deviations or additions to these conditions shall only be valid if accepted in writing and in advance by Ride 'n Style.
The Offer:
- If an offer has a limited validity or is subject to certain conditions, this shall explicitly be mentioned in the offer.
- The offer contains a full and accurate description of the products, digital content and/or services offered. The description is detailed enough to allow consumers to form a precise and detailed idea of the offer. If the business uses images, these should be faithful representations of the products, services and/or digital content offered. Manifest oversights or mistakes in the offer are not binding for the business.
- Every offer contains the information required to make it clear to consumers which rights and obligations are connected to the acceptance of the offer.
Order:
Orders are placed online on the website www.ridenstyle.be or by e-mail. The buyer will receive a confirmation and an overview of his order by e-mail, including a link to or a copy of these general terms and conditions. All quotes issued by Ride 'n Style on the website or sent via email, SMS or social media are free of commitment. They only become binding when the order is confirmed on the website and after receiving an order confirmation for the order placed by e-mail from Ride 'n Style.
Delivery:
Most products are shipped from the warehouse and dispatched within 3 business days, unless otherwise specified. The indicated delivery period is only indicative and not binding. Delays in the delivery can never give rise to a compensation or dissolution of the agreement by the buyer. Neither does the buyer have the right to suspend any of his obligations vis-à-vis Ride 'n Style in that case. In case of force majeure Ride 'n Style either has the choice to cancel the agreement without intervention of the court, or to suspend the time of delivery until the time when the force majeure ceases to exist, without the buyer being entitled to claim any compensation from Ride 'n Style. If the buyer does not meet any one of his obligations vis-à-vis Ride 'n Style pursuant to the agreement, Ride 'n Style will be entitled to suspend any further deliveries and services. The buyer will receive an invoice upon delivery.
Price:
The prices of the Ride 'n Style products are mentioned on the website and are guaranteed by Ride 'n Style, except in cases of force majeure or technical failures. Prices are expressed in euro and are inclusive of 21% VAT. Delivery costs are not included. Delivery costs will be calculated after entering the delivery address and choosing the delivery method.
Payment:
Payments are made online. Online payments are secured and take place on a secure server. In case of payment by bank transfer, the products will be delivered once the payment is received. The buyer is not authorised to reduce the purchase price by any amount of a counterclaim he may have on Ride 'n Style. Set-offs are therefore excluded. Discounts shall not be accepted, unless explicitly indicated otherwise on the website.
Complaints & Warranty:
Complaints in relation to the non-conformity of the delivery and visible defects shall be reported immediately at the time of delivery in writing or by e-mail to info@ridenstyle.be. Failing to do so shall make any complaint inadmissible. Complaints based on hidden defects of the delivered items or the services provided or on the basis of hidden non-conformities shall be reported by means of a registered letter within 14 days of discovering the defect. Failing to do so within this time frame shall make the complaint inadmissible. Lodging a complaint does not relieve the buyer of his payment obligations.
Returns & Right of Withdrawal:
In accordance with Book VI of the Belgian Code of Economic Law regarding consumer protection, the buyer has a right of withdrawal. All non-personalized products can be returned by the buyer, without stating a reason, within 30 days after receiving the order.
To exercise this right, the buyer must inform Ride 'n Style of their decision within this period (e.g., via the Return Form on the website or by email to info@ridenstyle.be).
- Return Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are fully at the customer's expense. Ride 'n Style does not provide prepaid or free return labels.
- Conditions: Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached, and in their original packaging. No refunds will be issued if the product has been used, washed, or damaged due to improper handling.
- Refunds: Ride 'n Style will process the refund within 14 days after receiving the returned goods, provided they meet the return conditions. The refund will be issued using the original payment method.

Liability:
The quality and usability of the products delivered by Ride 'n Style is indicated on the product label. The products delivered are contained in the manufacturer's packaging. The buyer agrees to review the manufacturer's washing instructions before the initial wash and, if unsure, to contact Ride 'n Style beforehand. Ride 'n Style is not responsible for incorrect adherence to washing instructions on clothing labels. Ride 'n Style is not liable for skin tolerability issues with the clothing or any resulting adverse effects. Additionally, Ride 'n Style cannot be held responsible if defects or damages arise due to careless or negligent handling or wear of the clothing or accessories it sells.
Personal Information:
The personal information provided by the buyer in the context of an order placed at Ride 'n Style will be saved in an automated customer file. This information can be used by Ride 'n Style for the purpose of publicity, providing information to the buyer and order follow-up. The buyer can request Ride 'n Style to consult these data and ask that they will be removed or adapted. To this end, the buyer can contact customer service. The buyer is entitled to object to the fact that the data are used for direct marketing applications. The data will not be made available to third parties.
Settlement of Disputes:
In case of an out-of-court settlement of a dispute, the Consumer Mediation Service of the Belgian Federal Government is competent to receive applications. The Consumer Mediation Service can be reached via this link: https://consumerombudsman.be/en. For cross-border disputes, you can also address the Online Dispute Resolution platform of the European Union via this link: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.
Applicable Law:
These general terms and conditions and the agreement are governed by Belgian law. The courts of the legal district of Leuven have exclusive jurisdiction.
