Shipping policy

Most products are shipped from our warehouse and dispatched within 3 business days, unless otherwise specified. The indicated delivery periods are indicative. While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, Ride 'n Style cannot be held liable for commercial damages or financial compensation due to delays caused by the carrier.

In accordance with EU consumer law, if a delivery is delayed beyond 30 days from the order confirmation (unless a longer period was explicitly agreed upon), the buyer has the right to request delivery within an additional reasonable timeframe. If Ride 'n Style fails to deliver within this additional period, the buyer is entitled to dissolve the agreement and receive a full refund.

In case of force majeure, Ride 'n Style reserves the right to suspend the delivery time until the force majeure ceases to exist, or to cancel the agreement without court intervention, without the buyer being entitled to claim any financial compensation. If the buyer does not meet any of their obligations vis-à-vis Ride 'n Style pursuant to the agreement, Ride 'n Style will be entitled to suspend any further deliveries and services. The buyer will receive an invoice upon delivery.
