Widerrufsrecht
1. Right of Withdrawal:
As per EU law, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 30 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire after 30 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.
2. How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal:
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform Ride 'n Style of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement by filling up the Return Form.
3. Return Conditions:
Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached, and in their original packaging.
The return period is 30 days from the day you communicate your withdrawal from the contract. You must return the goods without undue delay and no later than 30 days from the day you informed us of your decision to withdraw.
4. Return Process:
Contact our Customer Support team by filling up the Return Form or at info@ridenstyle.be to initiate the return process and receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN).
Securely pack the item(s).
Label the package with the return label provided by us.

6. Refund Process:
Once we receive your returned items and verify they meet the return conditions, we will process the refund within 14 days of receiving the goods.
The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
7. Exceptions to Right of Withdrawal:
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
Goods that are made to your specifications or clearly personalized.
Goods that are marked as on sale. Sale items are eligible for exchange only. They cannot be returned for a refund. Please note that the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs on sale items exchange. For more information contact us via the Return Form.
Goods that are dirty, have been washed, or damaged due to improper handling, unless the damage was already present upon receipt and was not caused by mishandling during the return process.
