Refund policy

1. Right of Withdrawal

As per EU consumer protection law, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 30 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire 30 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the last good in your order.

2. How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform Ride 'n Style of your decision by an unequivocal statement. You can do this by filling out the Return Form on our website or by contacting us via email at info@ridenstyle.be.

3. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a full refund or exchange, returned items must fulfill the following conditions:

Items must be in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, and free from any stains, dirt, or horse hair.

All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact and attached.

The items must be sent back without undue delay and no later than 30 days from the day you informed us of your decision to withdraw from the contract.

4. Return Process & Shipping Costs

We offer free returns and exchanges on all orders. Return shipping costs are covered by Ride 'n Style — no extra charges for you.

Contact our Customer Support by filling out the Return Form or emailing us at info@ridenstyle.be to initiate your return and receive your free return label.

Securely pack the item(s) in their original packaging and attach the provided return label.

Drop off the package at the designated carrier location. We strongly recommend keeping your proof of postage until your refund or exchange has been confirmed.

6. Refund Process

Once we receive your returned items and verify they meet our return conditions, we will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the goods.

The refund will include the total amount paid for the products (excluding any premium delivery charges if you chose a non-standard delivery method).

The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

7. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized items.

Sale items: Items purchased on sale are eligible for exchange only (subject to stock availability) and cannot be returned for a monetary refund. Please note that return shipping costs for sale item exchanges are at the customer's expense.

Goods that are dirty, damaged, or show signs of use due to improper handling.
