Refund policy

1. Right of Withdrawal

As per EU consumer protection law, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 30 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire 30 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the last good in your order.

2. How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform Ride 'n Style of your decision by an unequivocal statement. You can do this by filling out the Return Form on our website or by contacting us via email at info@ridenstyle.be.

3. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a full refund, returned items must fulfill the following conditions:

  • Items must be in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, and free from any stains, dirt, or horse hair.

  • All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact and attached.

  • The items must be sent back without undue delay and no later than 30 days from the day you informed us of your decision to withdraw from the contract.

4. Return Process & Shipping Costs

Important Notice: Return shipping costs are fully at the customer's expense. Ride 'n Style does not provide free return labels.

  1. Contact our Customer Support by filling out the Return Form or emailing us at info@ridenstyle.be to initiate your return.

  2. Securely pack the item(s) in their original packaging.

  3. Send the package using a carrier of your choice. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

6. Refund Process

  • Once we receive your returned items and verify they meet our return conditions, we will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the goods.

  • The refund will include the total amount paid for the products (excluding any premium delivery charges if you chose a non-standard delivery method).

  • The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

7. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized items.

  • Sale items: Items purchased on sale are eligible for exchange only (subject to stock availability) and cannot be returned for a monetary refund. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs related to the exchange.

  • Goods that are dirty, damaged, or show signs of use due to improper handling.
