Return Policy

1. Right of Withdrawal:

As per EU law, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.

2. How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal:

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform Ride 'n Style of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g., an email). You may use the withdrawal form template provided below, but it is not mandatory.

3. Return Conditions:

Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached, and in their original packaging.

The return period is 14 days from the day you communicate your withdrawal from the contract. You must return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day you informed us of your decision to withdraw.

4. Return Process:

Contact our Customer Support team at info@ridenstyle.be to initiate the return process and receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN).

Fill out the return form received after initiating the return process from our Customer Support team or available on our website, including the RAN and reason for return.

Securely package the items and include the completed return form.

Label the package with our return address provided below.

You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or the item is faulty.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method and keeping proof of postage.

6. Refund Process:

Once we receive your returned items and verify they meet the return conditions, we will process the refund within 14 days of receiving the goods.

The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

7. Exceptions to Right of Withdrawal:

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

Goods that are made to your specifications or clearly personalized.

Goods that are dirty, have been washed, or damaged due to improper handling, unless the damage was already present upon receipt and was not caused by mishandling during the return process.
